Prototype & Low Volume
Flexible cutting, bending and manual finishing for samples and small batches.
Sheet metal cutting, bending and stamping are supported by practical tooling, tapping, inserted fasteners, welding coordination and surface finishing.

Each RFQ is reviewed against geometry, tolerances, material, volume and lead time. We recommend only the process combination that fits the part.

Cost-conscious punching, forming and bending tools for repeat parts.
Approved tooling and controlled repeat production for stable-volume orders.
For repeat parts, we compare flexible fabrication, simple tooling and stamping dies against projected demand. Tooling is introduced after sample approval when it offers a clear consistency or cost benefit.

Include material, thickness, quantity, finish and target lead time. A dimensioned drawing helps us assess feasibility and quote more accurately.
