INSPECTION FLOW

Four stages that keep requirements traceable before and during production.

01

Drawing Review

Material, thickness, tolerances, bends, critical holes and finishing requirements are clarified before production.

02

First-Article Confirmation

Samples or first pieces are checked against the approved drawing before repeat production.

03

In-Process Checks

Key dimensions, forming direction, hole locations and assembly features are monitored during production.

04

Final Inspection

Quantity, appearance, critical dimensions, threads and packaging are checked before shipment.

CHECK POINTS

Defined by part risk, not one generic slogan for every project.

Typical checks cover material and thickness, hole location, bend direction, critical dimensions, threads, inserted fasteners, finish, quantity and packaging. Frequency and records are agreed during RFQ or sampling.

  • Critical dimensions prioritized
  • Samples and drawings used as approval references
  • Third-party testing can be arranged when required
